When did the game come out?

Seterra goes back nearly three decades, and has had multiple re-releases through various platforms. The journey of Seterra began on December 31st, 1996, with the launch of its desktop app (and later a web-based version.) Seterra (Mobile App) was then released on December 31st, 2016. Finally, Seterra (GeoGuessr Version) was released on September 23rd, 2022. As we near December 31st, 2024, we celebrate 29 years since Seterra's beginning, a remarkable achievement.
